I am published Poet, Reiki Master, Sound Therapist / self-dubbed "Soundologist".

Music has always been a grounding constant in my life. Once I started playing with the healing properties of sound and energy, I felt new dimensions of sacred alchemy open within me. My musical and energy influencers include: Laura Inserra, Jonathan Goldman, and Donna Eden.

I started writing poetry when I was sixteen. The works of Audre Lorde, Alice Walker, and Mary Oliver stirred my soul and I am forever grateful.

Currently, my feet touch the ground in Overland Park, KS where I live and thrive with my amazing wife.
