Hiya, I'm Delaina and I appreciate you being here.

If you have been following my for awhile, then you know there have been some big changes in my life and that I am creating some new and exciting things.
I really appreciate the fact that you have stuck with me through all of these changes and evolutions. There will be plenty more.
Crystal Energy
In my youth I would collect rocks and crystals with my grandmother. Today, I use them in my distance Reiki practice. Yet my favorite thing to do is create a crystal grid and play my singing bowls and my drums. The crystals aid and amplify the sound waves for a more expansive experience.
Reiki Energy
I am a certified Usui & Crystal Reiki Master. Distance Reiki is how my practice started out. Today I am using Reiki, intentions, crystals, and sound to create a new energy modality, Soundology. Soundology allows me and my clients to experience energy though sight, sound, and our biofields. Energy shifts are experienced in tangible/physical ways.
Mindset Magic
Through my writing I strive to build connections with others. My purpose involves living inspired and conscious to help others be mindful of their personal power. Our thoughts and feelings are key to our personal happiness and success. And our mindsets affect those around us contributing to the Universal Mind.
All of Me
At my very core I am an entrepreneur. From a young age I would run little businesses from mowing lawns, shoveling snow, washing cars, to babysitting. So it makes sense that as an adult I would own (or in this case co-own) a business. And because we find so many things of interest, it also makes sense that our business would need to be versatile.
Little did Kristin and I know when we started Content X Design so many years ago, that we would be doing and creating so many incredible things.
Adult Coloring Books
We take words or mantras and spin them into mandalas to create a mindful meditation while coloring.
Inspirational Books
Okay we have heap of titles that fit into this category but our newest is This Makes Me Smile. This picture quote book is wooing like mad.
Fun Courses
Courses, is a bit of a stretch for what you will find at our Teachable site. We like to think of them as nurturing hubs to engage in self-care fun. Yeah that is a mouthful.

Everything is energy resonating at certain vibrations.
Creating music and sounds that strengthen our bond as humanity, with all that is possible, is a complete thrill for me.
My music brings in the healing properties of singing bowls and crystal Reiki energy as well. I call myself a 'Soundologist' because I am pulling vibrations and sounds and mixing them together into one tasty soul sound.

Delaina, I have quite enjoyed listening to Moon Chakra. I had the CD in the car and was waiting in a long drive thru line at the bank. It was quite soothing and kept me from seething!
